Derek Boshier is an acclaimed and internationally recognized artist working with drawing, printmaking, film, books, three dimensional objects, installations and photography. His talent was recognized early in his career during the 1960's, becoming a prominent figure within the British Pop Art movement during this time as a student at the Royal College of Art alsongside fellow students David Hockney, Allen Jones, R.B. Kitaj, and others. Boshier's work was brought to a wider audience largely through his graphic work with popular music groups such as The Clash and with David Bowie.
