Discover the art of metalsmithing and jewelry design in this hands-on class tailored for teens! Participants will learn essential techniques such as sawing, shaping, soldering, and polishing to create unique, handcrafted jewelry and art pieces. Explore the vibrant world of enameling by adding color and texture to your creations and dive into the tactile art of needle felting to design soft, sculptural elements that can be incorporated into your work. Teens interested in entrepreneurship will have the exciting opportunity to showcase and sell their creations at a special Spring showcase at the end of the session, gaining valuable experience in presenting and marketing their work. No prior experience is necessary—just bring your imagination and enthusiasm!
